Applies to all developers, teams, and enterprise entities that use Techbase AI data or systems to create course content for their platforms.
Section 1Acceptable Uses of AI

  • Generating quiz questions, practice problems, or study aids.
  • Producing illustrations, diagrams, or audio/video assets (if the provider’s license allows).
  • Brainstorming examples, case studies, or alternative explanations.
Section 2Human Oversight Required
  • All Techbase AI outputs must be reviewed and edited by a qualified human instructor before publication.
  • Techbase AI outputs must never be published “as is.”
  • Teams, developers, and entities must verify accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
Section 3Quality & Accuracy
  • Use fact-checking and subject-matter expertise to confirm correctness.
  • Cross-check with authoritative sources as needed.
  • Avoid AI-generated “hallucinations” or misleading statements.
Section 4Copyright & IP Compliance
  • Run plagiarism/similarity checks on long-form outputs.
  • Attribute sources where applicable.
  • Note: Techbase prohibits AI prompts that attempt to reproduce specific copyrighted works (e.g., “Summarize Chapter 5 of [Title] word-for-word.”).
Section 5Transparency
  • Document how AI was used in creating course materials (e.g., “Initial draft generated by AI; reviewed and edited by instructor”).
  • Techbase will maintain audit logs of prompts, outputs, and human edits for internal auditing.
Section 6Restricted Uses
  • Do not use Techbase AI outputs for sensitive content (e.g., medical, legal, or safety-critical training) without additional subject-matter expert validation or consultation from Techbase.
  • Do not use Techbase AI to impersonate real people (voices, likenesses) without explicit permission.
  • Do not use Techbase AI outputs that replicate large portions of copyrighted material.

  • Techbase AI content alone may not be copyrightable. Developers’ edits and contributions are essential to create protectable educational content.
  • This policy assigns developers’ rights in AI-assisted content to the platform.

  • Techbase will periodically review AI-assisted materials for compliance and quality control purposes.
  • Our policies will be updated as law, technology, and industry practices evolve. For example, emerging “AI disclosure” legislation may affect model trainers; Techbase will adjust requirements accordingly.
